Where do I find my chauffeur?

Once your service is booked you will receive a confirmation with the meeting point where our chauffeur will be waiting with a nameboard.

 

 

What do I do if I cannot locate my chauffeur?

Please contact our office, using the number on your confirmation documents. We will contact your driver and help him locate you. We will contact your driver and coordinate your location. The contact details of the driver will be communicated to you one day prior of your service.

 

I need a car with chauffeur for just a few hours or for several days. Can Direct Way help?

We adapt to your particular request and schedule, our team will fully tailor the service to your demands. We ensure a great service with professional and discreet chauffeurs who will stay at your disposal at all times.

 

I am travelling with children. What about their comfort?

We offer complimentary baby and booster seats for our little passengers. Please list all your requirements at the time of booking.

 

What will happen in case my flight/train is delayed?

We continuously monitor the flight and train schedules of our passengers to limit waiting times and to ensure a smooth service. It your plans change, we will adjust ours?

 

How far in advance can I book my transfer?

Direct Way meets all customers’ requirements. However, we strongly encourage you to book at least 24 hours in advance. The earlier you book the better we can cater for your travel needs. Keep in mind that DWW is ready for business 24/7 and always contactable. Our service team listens to your last minute requirements and requests to ensure a flawless service.

How much luggage can I bring?

When will you charge my credit card?

We take full payment on the card one day prior to your trip. The amount being charged is based on the details provided in your reservation confirmation.
